Zoho Analytics: Why can't I see all text entered in a narrative field of an extendedReach Report/Activity in my Zoho Report?
In Zoho, in edit mode for the table, make sure the Data Type for the field is set to "Multi-Line Text" instead of "Plain Text". For example, in the Reports table below, the user needed to see all data entered into narrative CustomField6:
Once you have identified which field needs to be changed to Multi Line Text, double click into the Data Type column next to the item where it says "Plain Text" and from the drop down list of options, select Multi Line Text".
Repeat this step for each field that should be Multi Line Text.
Be sure to click the "Save & Close" button when you are finished or your changes will not be saved.
